The aluminum panel industry primarily involves the deep processing of aluminum sheets, specifically focusing on secondary ceiling designs such as aluminum ceiling panels. This process includes two key stages: sheet metal forming and coating, ultimately resulting in a wide variety of aluminum panel products. Among all applications, the architectural decoration sector represents the most significant area for aluminum panels, thanks to their outstanding performance characteristics, which ensure promising growth prospects in this industry.
There are numerous factors influencing the price of aluminum composite panels, primarily including raw material costs such as aluminum sheets and coatings, as well as management expenses, labor costs, and fees associated with resource consumption. Among these, raw material costs constitute a critical component of the overall price structure—specifically, the cost of aluminum sheets and coatings. Aluminum sheets are produced by upstream aluminum processing plants through the transformation of aluminum ingots. Given the rising prices of aluminum ingots and other non-ferrous metals, the cost of aluminum sheets has also increased, directly contributing to the upward trend in the price of aluminum composite panels.
